To support the continual growth of Wharfedale Pro business around the world, Frank Huang has joined our team as Service Manager.
Frank brings a wealth of technical management experience to this new International role which has been created to deliver outstanding post-sales support for our customers and International distributors.
Frank will manage the communication and workflows between global Service Depts, R&D teams and manufacturing facilities based on input from market feedback.
Frank explained more about his role. “Quality is critical. In the unlikely event of a product problem its essential that our response times are minimised and that corrective measures are put in place. Wharfedale Pro has built a reputation for durable, easy to maintain and competitvely priced products and those are the core ‘features’ that we must continue to deliver. I’m delighted to join the team and to keep ‘quality’ at the top of the priority list”.
Simon Godfrey, Sales Director added. “We welcome Frank to the team. This role is pivotal our quest to achieve the highest level of post-sales support and product quality to our customers. Frank’s proven technical and management experience will ensure service efficiency improvements as we continue to grow Wharfedale Pro international business”.
Frank will be based at Wharfedale Pro’s parent company, IAG (International Audio Group) Head Office in Shenzhen, China which allows for efficient inter-departmental communication.
