Wharfedale Pro at Winter NAMM 2010

American Music and Sound, the Wharfedale Pro distributor for the United States of America, exhibited a range of Wharfedale Pro products at the Winter NAMM trade fair.

The event took place from 14-17 January 2010 at the Anaheim Convention Centre in California, USA.

The atmosphere was much more positive than 2009, with higher attendance and a lot of positive feedback from across the industry. IAG Managing Director Daniel Chang stated “After talking with a broad spectrum of people from manufacturer to end user it is clear that    there is a lot of optimism regarding an upturn in the economy. With our constant commitment to invest in personnel and technology we are confident that our position in the marketplace will go from strength to strength.”

Wharfedale Pro delegates from sales, marketing and management attended meetings including a US dealer meeting to discuss Wharfedale Pro products that will hit the US market in 2010.

PR Manager Ryan McKenna commented “It was great to hear so much positive feedback from distributors, dealers, the press and end users from all over the world. Our new product offerings combined with enhanced support for existing product lines were received with a huge amount of optimism by everyone. I believe that 2010 will be an outstanding year for IAG, Wharfedale Pro and our extensive global distribution network.”

Wharfedale Pro products not only supported AM&S distributed brands such as Nord, Vestax, Novation and Kurzweil but were also adopted by huge brands such as Denon DJ and Moog. A number of companies chose Wharfedale Pro to provide sound reinforcement at their booth and after parties, with the Titan range of active loudspeakers and subwoofers proving a popular choice.
